Kenna moved to Chandler in 2002 from Southern California with her parents and older brother. Kenna graduated from CGCC in 2014 with an Associate’s Degree in Business & Science. Kenna shortly after graduating, went into Aesthetics school and has been in the aesthetics industry ever since. Kenna has almost 10 years of experience running operations and employee education to help the Glow Squad provide the highest quality of treatments & customer service. Kenna loves getting to work with each location seeing incredible patient results, Glow Squad’s creativity, & building relationships with staff and clients. When Kenna isn’t running The Glow Method, she spends time with her boyfriend, two energetic-loving dogs and traveling anywhere she can to explore new places.

Stacy is a board certified Physician Assistant. Stacy received her Master’s of Science of the Physician Assistant Practice. Stacy has had vast experience in the medical field and aesthetic industry with: Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, IV Nutrition Therapy, Micro-needling and PRP Therapy, Peptide & Growth Hormone Therapy, Tumescent Liposuction & various additional aesthetic procedures.Stacy was trained in “Awake” Tumescent Liposuction from our Medical Director, Dr Clifford Ball. Stacy is passionate about educating her patients on the life-changing benefits of consistent healthy lifestyle changes, quality supplementation, thyroid management, regular physical activity, stress reduction and hormone optimization. She is determined to stay current with the newest, most beneficial and safest procedures/ techniques and does so, by continually advancing her knowledge base with ongoing education. Stacy’s eye for every detail, high quality patient care, fine-tuned skills by performing “Awake” Tumescent Liposuction and Fat Transfer to the Breast and Buttock makes her the perfect fit for The Lipo Method!

Mia is originally from Northern California and moved to Arizona in 2015 for nursing school. Mia graduated in with a Bachelors in Nursing from ASU in 2019. Mia is also a Labor and Delivery Nurse.She’s always loved Aesthetics because it challenges her, influences creativity, and not mention she loves enhancing each client’s beautiful features helping make them feel their best. When Mia isn’t doing all things nursing, she spends time with her husband and dogs, while watching a lot of baseball.

Casey is a Arizona native and grew up in the east valley. She has three years of Medspa experience as well as a financial background. She loves helping our lipo patients transform there bodies and become the happiest version of themselves. Our awaken lipo is an amazing service we offer here at glow and Casey being our lipo patient coordinator is with our patient from start to finish in there journey at The Glow Method. On her free time she loves spending time with her son and enjoys working out.

Brittany is oringally from New Mexico and moved to Arizona in 2011. She went to Aesthetics school in 2014 and has been a Medical Aesthetican and Certified Laser Technician for 8 years. Brittany specializes in microneedling and radio frequency microneedling for skin tightening and rejuvenation. When Brittany isn't at Glow doing all things skin related, she spends time with her 3 sons, reading and traveling to every place she can.

Jenny is originally was born and raised in California but since moving to Arizona, the desert feels like her forever home. In Jenny's free time, she's an avid foodie that loves to check out new restaurants throughout the valley & spend time with her two pups! Jenny graduated in 2020 with a BSN & holds a marketing degree. Jenny also received her cosmetology license at 18 & became a certified lash artist for 7 years. It has always been her dream to become a cosmetic nurse injector. Jenny is truly in love with building relationships with each of her clients from all walks of life, and being able to make them feel their best. Jenny is beyond excited and grateful to continue her journey in the medical aseesthetic industry with The Glow Method!

Dr. Clifford Ball is a certified Medical Director. Dr. Ball received his Bachelor Degree in Kinesiological Sciences at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. He then attended The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Martin where he studied medicine for two years before returning to the states to join the Residency Program for Family Medicine at the University of Arkansas.  Dr. Ball has achieved becoming an expert in “Awake” Tumescent Liposuction to train several physicians in how to perform the procedure safely and successfully. It’s crucial to look at each patient individually and how they can achieve their body confidence goals through this procedure.  Like our other “Awake” Tumescent Liposuction provider, Stacy, who trained under Dr. Ball also specializes in Hormone Therapy treatments. Finding the root of the cause and treating it directly and accordingly is something that Dr. Ball takes initiative to educate every patient on, throughout their health-goals journey.

Sara is a Medical Esthetician that has been with The Glow Method since they opened in 2020. Sara graduated from Aveda Institue in Tempe, Arizona and has been an Aesthetician since 2018. Sara fell in love with all things skincare when diagnosed with a Hormonal disorder, PCOS. Sara loves to see her clients skin transform from treatments like chemical peels, microneedling, blue and red light therapy. She has received advance training to assist on The Lipo Method procedures. When Sara isn’t at Glow doing things skincare or lipo related, she spends time with her husband & just had her first child!

Rebekah is a native Arizonan and is passionate about helping people become their best selves! She has worked at Wellspring Integrative Medicine since April 2021 and is excited to be assisting Dr. Hammer with liposuction at Glow Method Chandler. Rebekah has studied through colleges here in Arizona and is currently pursuing a nursing degree at MCC. When she’s not at Wellspring, Rebekah is busy with her own small business, her three year old son, and enjoys hiking and watching reality tv.

Faith is a licensed aesthetician and cosmetologist! Faith has been working in the beauty industry since she was 17 years old, and has always loved all things beauty! She has a pssion for helping each client look and feel their absolute best! Faith's favorite services are facials, brow waxes, brow laminations. She specializes in lived in blondes and and will soon be doing extensions and hair at our sister company, The Ashley Method! When Faith isn't doing all things skin care and hair-goals related she a huge animal lover and has 2 cats and a dog! Faith loves being able to be creative and help people feel beautiful on the inside and out on daily basis.

Angie Hammer is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor that specializes in weight loss and metabolic health. Her bachelor’s degree is in Nutrition and Dietetics giving her vast knowledge in nutrition and wellness. She started her own practice in Chandler where she combines her nutrition and fitness background with her medical knowledge to provide well rounded medical care. Her passion is for helping people achieve their goals and feel confident in their own skin. She trained with both our other liposuction specialists, Dr Ball and Stacy, and now Angie will be the physician performing liposuction at our newest location in Chandler. In her spare time you will find her doing anything active or fitness related. She is a body building bikini competitor and also teaches cycling, but she also enjoys doing other forms of fitness such as running, hiking, and swimming. When you meet Angie, you will be greeted by a huge smile and possibly a hug as she enjoys meeting new people and hearing their stories. You can be sure Angie will get you the results you want because she will not only do your liposuction, she is a resource for lifestyle changes to help you keep your results after the procedure.

Excited and eager to gain experience in assisting with the “awake” liposculpture cases and natural fat transfers. Jessica has always found the medical field fascinating; and recently gained a new appreciation for skin care and skin-health regimens. As a mom of four, Jessica can relate with feeling like she could use a little touch up, and The Glow Method provides just that and more! With over 25 years in the medical-surgical device industry, Mike brings his extensive training, outstanding instructional expertise, and strong business acumen to The Glow Method - Lipo Method. With a thriving career spanning pacemakers, defibrillators, endoscopy, ultrasound, vascular implants, and body contouring, Mike now specializes in the latest advancements in body contouring, and is a Certified Trainer for the Fun Sculpting technology through Inspiring Physicians Worldwide. He started his first body contouring clinic in 2016. That first clinic quickly grew to 23 clinics nationwide. Mike’s vision is to combine state of the art equipment and first-class provider training so that The Glow Method - Lipo Method patients will experience unparalleled service and results. Mike’s passion is his faith, family, and staying active. He spends his time with his four adult children, church, mountain biking, Crossfit, boating, and hunting and fishing. A native of Red Lodge, Montana, he now calls Scottsdale home.

Colt was born in Lake Tahoe, CA but moved to the Palm Springs area when he was three so he considers that home where his mom and dad still reside. Colt found his passion for the fitness industry at an early age after moving to LA and spent 18 years of his career as a multi club operator that oversaw 60 locations nationwide. His experience in the health and fitness industry sharpened his skill set for his next venture in his life as he transitioned from fitness to the beauty industry. Colt has always enjoyed the business side of things when it comes to hiring, training, and developing a winning culture that centered around exceptional customer service and making clients look and feel their best. Colt possesses the ability to create and amplify systems to catapult any company into a thriving, lucrative business with low turnover and long-term results. He is a high energy individual with an insatiable need for ongoing education and he takes great pride in his values, beliefs and his faith. He possesses a relentless drive even through the most difficult business adversities. Colt is happily married to an Arizona-native, who is also his business partner and the face of their salon, The Ashley Method. Ronnie is native to Arizona and grew up in the West Valley attending Phoenix College for Recording Arts & Music Business. He is an avid musician and found his love for Photography/Videography while attending college back in 2017. He has been working with The Ashley Method and Glow Method for just over two years and was recently brought on full-time to display his true talent of content creation. Ronnie loves working at his recording studio and spending time with his 2 sons on his days off. He looks forward to growing with The Glow Method and helping them expand their reach to becoming the best Med-Spa in the Southwest!

Des was born and raised in Arizona! She loves a good margarita, going camping (yes, in a tent!), and Romantic Comedies. She is a mother to three beautiful children and married for over a decade to the love of her life, so as you can imagine her life is very fast-paced and filled with lots of love! Growing up watching her mom change and transform women and men in the beauty industry, she was determined to do the same! While spending a lot of her young adult life assisting at fashion shows, Runway, and TV sets, she knew she too wanted to be a positive change in the beauty world.. speaking life into others and reminding them of their beauty inside and out! She has over 20 years working in healthcare and beauty and it’s clear she has found her passion. Having Des as our Clinic Manager and Lipo Patient Coordinator at our Chandler location has been a dream come true. She genuinely cares and loves every single patient and client that walks through our doors! To know her, is to love her.

With over seven years of customer service experience, Rachel is passionate about assisting clients and helping them feel and glow like their best self. When she's not doing homework or at The Glow Method, Rachel loves to snowboard, binge watch crime dramas, or enjoy the outdoors with her dog.

As a former progressive care nurse in the Arizona Burn Center, Sarah brings acute care experience specific to skin health and healing to her aesthetic practice. Sarah became a Certified RN Injector through the Artisan Institute of Aesthetics in Fountain Hills, AZ. Following this extensive certification, she has received hands-on training from top injectors in the industry and continues to prioritize education and safety at the forefront of her aesthetic care. Sarah specializes in using therapies such as dermal filler, tox, lasers, and skin care to achieve natural, balanced results. Sarah is dedicated to delivering safe, exceptional service to every client, every time!

Emily has lived all over the west coast, but has always considered Arizona home and just moved back in May of 2020 for good! She lives with her husband and 2 kids in Surprise. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her family, trying new food spots around her, and watching her guilty pleasure of reality TV. Emily loves watching the confidence our clients gain as they walk through our doors and loves that she can be part of the journey to get them to the very best versions of themselves!
